“Stillness can in no way be manufactured by thought. We are talking of a stillness which is not dependent on anything. And it is this stillness that can see that which is eternal, timeless, nameless.” J Krishnamurti.
Stillness is an incredible state of consciousness. We have all experienced it momentarily, in the quite mountains & forests, when the mind suddenly stops and an inner sense of incredible silence and peace arises.
Can this stillness arise in our everyday life, amid all life’s activities, amongst all the noise and actions? In this satsang we explore and go deeper into the relationship between stillness, mind and present moment awareness.
