My Story of Anxiety
For years anxiety was the suffocating, ever-present shadow in my life. I carried a constant tightness in my chest, the sense that something terrible was about to happen. No amount of meditation or healing techniques could silence it. I cried alone for hours, wondering why everything felt unbearable when all I wanted was peace.
What finally broke the cycle wasn’t another technique, but a shift: I stopped running from my anxiety. I sat with it. I let it burn me and strip away my illusions. That raw confrontation became my doorway. Anxiety, the enemy I hated, became my teacher.

Understanding Anxiety as Energy
- The physiology & neurobiology of anxiety
- Explanation of sub cortisol systems and how they fuel unconscious anxiety
- Reflection exercise: recognising your anxiety
Befriend Your Fear
- Introduction to sub personalities and unresolved trapped energies
- Shadow Dialogue – A conscious inner conversation with repressed and dark parts of your mind.
Guided Inner Work: Entering the Field of Anxiety & Fear
This is the breakthrough moment of Day 1. You won’t just talk about anxiety, you’ll step directly into it.
- Guided Process: a deep, immersive exercise where you meet anxiety face-to-face.
- Transformative Encounter: instead of resisting, you allow fear to speak, reveal, and shift.
- Embodied Experience: through breath, presence, and dialogue, anxiety stops being the monster in the dark and becomes an ally.

Reframing Anxiety: From Adversary to Ally
- Seeing anxiety as a teacher rather than an enemy
- Guided mindfulness labelling practice: shifting the charge of anxiety
- Group reflection on what shifted after meeting anxiety directly
Advanced Somatic Release
- Breathwork to regulate the nervous system
- Guided practice: allowing energy to move through instead of bottling up
Guided Inner Work: Transforming Fear into Freedom
This marks the breakthrough of Day 2, where we move from confrontation to integration, freeing the energy bound in fear
- Guided Process: A guided immersive meditative process that builds on Day 1, returning to anxiety with greater clarity. What was first encountered is now integrated through direct presence.
- Impact: Participants often report a clear drop in reactivity, with anxiety felt as movement rather than threat and a stronger sense of inner stability.
